The ITALFORNI showroom is located inside the company headquarters in Pesaro, which exhibits most of the ovens produced. Inside it is possible to see the models up close, appreciate the quality of the materials and test their functionality. In a tour led by our specialized consultants you can learn more about the characteristics and peculiarities of all the models.
You are thus guided in a conscious purchase aimed at the needs of your personal needs. Thanks to ITALFORNI LAB it is also possible to test products directly and ask the team of experts for all the correct procedures to make the most of the oven’s functionality. All this, together with the traditional pre and post sales assistance, make up our consultancy program called INSIDE.

Italforni Lab
ITALFORNI LAB is the company’s product testing laboratory, where it is possible to perform cooking tests in real time, test products and attend workshops and masterclasses.
ITALFORNI LAB was created to allow all customers to know and touch the cooking qualities of the ovens through direct testing of the product. By visiting the showroom it is possible to view the ovens and then test their technical and constructive qualities in the laboratory, with the support of the ITALFORNI team.




Inside Project
Inside is the new ITALFORNI digital consulting program. The service leads the customer to discover the company directly from inside. Thanks to a virtual tour it is in fact possible to visit both the company showroom and the laboratory and, together with the ITALFORNI team, discover the latest news and receive personalized advice.
A service designed to best simulate a real visit in presence even when timing or physical distances do not allow it. With the INSIDE program, the company wants to be constantly at the customer’s side to offer them not only higher product quality, but also the best shopping experience.
Training and assistance
The ITALFORNI team provides each customer with a personal digital tutor who supports and assists the customer at 360 °! Virtual assistance will be present in all phases of product purchase: from the initial selection of the oven, chosen in relation to production needs, up to the delivery and installation phase.
Furthermore, ITALFORNI provides continuous support even during the post-sales phase, making its team available to solve any problem and / or doubt of an operational or functional nature.
